By completing this new client authorization form, I agree that Simple SEO Group will charge my credit card for services rendered in accordance with the following agreement.I, the cardholder, understand and agree to the terms set forth in this agreement, the terms of service of Simple SEO Group (found at SimpleSEOGroup.com/tos), and authorize Simple SEO Group to charge my credit card for services provided. Simple SEO Group will provide me with monthly statements detailing my charges and explain the services rendered. I agree that this credit card authorization statement will also be applicable to any future work which I authorize Simple SEO Group to perform either verbally or in writing.I further agree that if my card becomes expired or invalid, I will provide Simple SEO Group with a new, valid card upon request which will be charged for the payment of any outstanding balances owed to Simple SEO Group and valid for any future work performed.If this agreement is for recurring fess (including monthly SEO packages) I understand I must give 30 days notice to cancel services. The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act permits for the use of electronic signatures and I understand that this document is bound by the rules and regulations of this act.
